To Truly Burn Fat - Exercise the Right Way But Do Not Starve Yourself
Would you like to know how to burn fat, exercise less and feel great?
Well, fat burning exercises can do all of that for you but I have some good news and some bad news.
First the good news -- Do NOT starve yourself.
Diets do not work. Just look around yourself if you need proof of this statement. With a fat burning program you get to eat.
Now the bad news -- You will have to eat right and exercise. But just a bit.
To truly burn fat exercise is necessary.
But to burn fat and lose weight you don't need to spend 30-40 minutes doing aerobic exercise on a treadmill or stair climber. You don't need to do 100 crunches to lose belly weight. You don't need to enter a marathon.
All you need are 2 or 3 weekly workouts that last between 20 and 30 minutes each.
But be warned -- these must be the right exercises or they can actually cause you to gain weight. Not muscle weight -- that is good -- but the wrong exercises can actually cause you to put on more fat.
Yes, exercising wrong can cause you to gain fat.
I know that sounds impossible. But consider -- Your body will often seek to replace its stores of energy (fat) to be ready for the next workout. If your workouts are not timed exactly right and designed to build fat burning muscle, this fat could continue to accumulate every workout.
How can you prevent this and do a "burn fat workout" and not a "make fat workout?"
Make sure you follow a proven program that is designed to build muscle and burn fat.
One program you should consider is The Fat Burning Furnace -- the internet's most popular fat burning program.

Defeating Fatigue: Answer These Three Questions
By Michael Masterson
There’s nothing wrong with feeling tired. It’s your body’s way of telling you “Give me some rest.”
But staying tired — week after week — is a health problem, one you don’t have to live with and shouldn’t.
If you have been feeling tired for a while, answer these three questions:
- Are you getting seven to eight hours of quality sleep at night?
- Are you eating a high-protein, low-carbohydrate diet?
- Are you getting enough B vitamins?
If you answered “yes” or “I don’t know” to any one of these questions, you need to know this: Most people understand the relationship between sleep and fatigue, but few realize the huge effect diet has on energy levels.
There is an easy fix.
Reduce or eliminate sugars and high-carb starches — bread, rice, pasta, etc. They strip your body of stored energy and turn it into a fat-storing machine. And eat lots of protein — eggs, fish, and meat.
That kind of diet will keep you lean, supercharged, and focused all day long. It works because it not only delivers quality proteins, it’s loaded with vitamins B12 and B6.
You need B vitamins to be able to fall asleep easily, wake up refreshed, and zip through the day. And as you age, your ability to absorb these nutrients from food decreases. So if you are over 40 — to be on the safe side — consider taking a good B complex supplement every day.
